The Last Message, written by Japanese composer Shigeaki Saegusa, is an epic work imbued with a deep transcendental spirituality. Drawing inspiration from The Voice of Mankind, a collection of letters written by soldiers of various nations who died during World War II, it is a testimony to the endurance of love and humanity in times of war and an appeal for world peace.

Past performances: Tokyo, Japan (2011, world premiere); Geneva, Switzerland, with Swiss Romado, as an event of International Red Cross and Red Crescent congress (2011); Volgograd, Russia, with Volgograd Philharmonic, and St. Petersburg, Russia, with the St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra, as a memorial concert of for the Anniversary
of the beginning of the Siege of Leningrad (2013); Rome, Italy, as part of 75 year anniversary event for the establishment of diplomatic ties between Japan and Vatican (2017).
PAST PROJECTS
ATTACK on TITAN: The Musical, NYC, 2024
RooM handled public relations for the premiere in New York in October 2024. RooM led the PR efforts targeting Japanese-language media and collaborated with a U.S.-based press agent on promotional campaigns and post-event publicity. The production presented four sold-out performances, drawing approximately 9,000 audience members.
Japan Parade, NYC, 2023 & 2024
RooM managed public relations for the Japan Parade in New York. Held annually in May, the Japan Parade promotes U.S.-Japan friendship, expresses gratitude to New York, and strengthens solidarity within the Japanese and Japanese American communities. The event attracts approximately 50,000 spectators each year.
Japan Night Concert, NYC, 2019
Featuring artists such as MISIA, PUFFY AmiYumi, HYDE, and Wagakki Band. RooM served as a member of the New York producer team, overseeing overall project management.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: Super Live, NYC, 2019
This 2.5-dimensional musical was presented to a sold-out audience at PlayStation Theater in 2019. RooM served as a member of the New York producer team, managing overall project coordination and operations.
